Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in the Philippines seeks a senior investigator to lead complex internal investigations across jurisdictions, delivering clear, fact-based findings and recommendations. You will conduct interviews, review evidence, and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, HR and other stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and objectivity.

Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in investigations are required; strong English communication and the ability to mentor junior staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field is required.
• Strong interviewing, evidence analysis, and report writing skills are essential.
• Experience coordinating across multiple jurisdictions and functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead complex and sensitive internal investigations.
• Develop investigation plans, interview strategies, and evidence review approaches.
• Conduct and lead interviews with witnesses, subjects, and key stakeholders.
• Analyze evidence and prepare investigation reports with clear findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, HR, Data Privacy, and other stakeholders throughout the investigative process.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company requirements while maintaining confidentiality and objectivity.
