Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Philippines is seeking a professional to plan and conduct workplace investigations into potential violations of laws, regulations or our Code of Conduct. As GBS HR Investigations expands its shared service capabilities, this role will help strengthen a consistent and professional investigations framework across the organization.

You will lead interviews with whistleblowers and witnesses, perform root-cause analysis, prepare investigative plans and reports with conclusions

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree in fields like Psychology, Business Administration, (Labor) Law or similar.
• Minimum three years of proven experience in handling sensitive HR investigations (e.g., harassment, fraud, discrimination).
• Expertise in conducting fact-finding interviews and establishing rapport with interviewees; strong documentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with HR, Employee Relations and Compliance teams to ensure fair, ethical investigations.

Responsibilities

• Leading, conducting and supporting internal investigations in HR-related matters, including misconduct, harassment, and policy violations.
• Conducting interviews with the whistleblowers, witnesses, subject matter experts and alleged parties.
• Conducting root-cause analysis, preparing investigative plans and reports with conclusions and recommending CAPAs when applicable.
• Contributing to continuously improving and enhancing the methodology of internal investigations.
