Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in the Philippines seeks a senior investigator to lead complex internal investigations across jurisdictions, delivering clear, fact-based findings and recommendations. You will conduct interviews, review evidence, and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, HR and other stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and objectivity.

Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in investigations are required; strong English communication and the ability to mentor junior staff

In this role, you'll develop investigation strategies, conduct interviews, evaluate evidence, engage with senior stakeholders, and deliver clear, fact-based findings and recommendations. You'll ensure investigations are handled objectively, confidentially, and in line with company policies, legal requirements, and compliance standards. You may also have the opportunity to guide and mentor less experienced investigators as they grow in their careers.

Duties and Responsibilities

About Our Future Employee

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field. A degree in Law, Legal Studies, Accounting, or Finance is considered a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience conducting internal investigations, compliance reviews, forensic examinations, or similar investigative work in a multinational environment.
• Strong interviewing, evidence analysis, report writing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex and sensitive investigations while maintaining confidentiality and objectivity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and functions is preferred.
