Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in fit-out project management or construction supervision in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical fit-out activities from concept to completion.
• Prepare specifications, drawings, and documentation with architects/designers.
• Oversee contractor performance against timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain project records.
• Manage budgets, cost estimates, and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regs.
• Liaise with designers, contractors, suppliers, and management.
• Resolve technical issues during the fit-out process.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
