You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers, manage budgets, monitor compliance with building codes, and mentor a team of engineering professionals to hit project goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of civil/structural engineering experience, with a proven track record in renovation projects.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in project management planning and implementing detailed renovation plans.
• Solid decision-making, risk identification, and contingency planning capabilities.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement renovation plans and schedules.
