Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role in office fit-out, refurbishments, or construction.
• Familiar with National Building Code, Fire Code, Design Codes & OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and control construction productivity, progress, and quality.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Supervise admin manpower, material and equipment planning and allocation.
• Supervise and coordinate all subcontractors' works including off-site production.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and look ahead.
