Job summary

Jatro BPO is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our Australian client base. You will identify potential clients, reach out via calls and emails, and build professional relationships to create new business opportunities.

You will qualify leads, schedule meetings, and conduct regular follow-ups while maintaining accurate CRM records and coordinating with the team to meet growth targets. This role suits a proactive communicator with a sales mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and client outreach.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proactive, goal-oriented and willing to learn.
• Organized and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
• Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, client acquisition or customer service is a plus.
• Experience with Australian clients or businesses is a plus.

Job Description

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Introduce Jatro BPO’s services and explain how our solutions can support potential clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
• Qualify leads based on their business needs and potential fit.
• Schedule meetings and appointments with qualified prospects.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to develop business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure qualified opportunities are properly endorsed and followed through.
• Support the achievement of business development and client acquisition targets.
