Job summary

GH Premier Review Center Inc. is seeking a Lead Generation Associate to identify, source, and engage potential candidates and clients across online platforms. You will handle initial qualification, track activities, and maintain accurate records to support business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Lead Generation, Recruitment Sourcing, Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, Business Development, or similar roles is an advantage.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, JobStreet, Indeed, Google, or other online platforms.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong internet research and data entry skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with potential leads through calls, messages, and email.
• Able to work with daily and monthly targets.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Search for potential leads using LinkedIn, Facebook, JobStreet, Indeed, online databases, and other platforms.
• Collect and organize accurate lead information such as name, contact details, location, experience, and other relevant information.
• Assist in building and maintaining lead databases and prospect lists.
• Contact potential leads through calls, messages, emails, and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial lead qualification based on established requirements.
• Follow up with potential leads and maintain proper communication records.
• Update lead status and activities in Google Sheets, Excel, CRM, or other tracking systems.
• Endorse qualified and interested leads to the appropriate team.
• Meet assigned daily and monthly lead generation targets.
• Conduct basic online research to identify new sources of potential leads.
