GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a country PMO lead in the Philippines to manage business intake, demand prioritization, and governance.

You will run the Plans & Priorities PMO and oversee a dynamic portfolio of projects focused on operational optimization, cost efficiency, customer satisfaction, and digital migration. Reporting to the Planning & Insight Head, you will evaluate requests, manage resource capacity, monitor cross‑functional delivery, and ensure alignment with multi‑year

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of Program or Portfolio Management experience in Contact Center/Tech environments.
• Experience establishing intake frameworks, prioritization scoring models, and PMO governance.
• 3+ years of experience with contact center and support metrics including SLA, cost efficiency, and self‑service adoption.
• Advanced stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary decision-maker and gatekeeper for all incoming project requests.
• Manage end-to-end PMO governance for the country's tactical operational projects.
• Oversee organizational bandwidth and OKR impact across in-house and BPO teams.
• Mentor the Prioritization & Intake Lead and align with the Planning & Business Insight Head.
