Publicis Groupe in Manila is seeking a Research and Analytics Manager to join the Data Intelligence team, supporting integrated data, research, reporting and analytics requirements for clients and campaigns.

The role focuses on standardizing analytics solutions, driving adoption, and building innovative models, dashboards and automation to scale insights across the agency. You will mentor senior staff and collaborate with partners to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in research/analytics with a data-driven approach.
• Strong knowledge of R, Python and statistical/machine-learning methods.
• Experience with Market Mix Modelling, attribution or predictive analytics and dashboards.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex business challenges through advanced analytics and modelling.
• Integrate and triangulate multiple data sources to generate insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with media teams to apply analytics to campaigns.
• Manage research projects from requirements to reporting and presentation.
• Liaise with research partners and external vendors.
• Develop and drive innovation in research, marketing science, AI and analytics products.
• Drive automation and process improvements to scale analytics and reporting.
• Promote adoption of advanced analytics across the agency.
• Build analytics capability through training and best practices.
• Contribute to thought leadership, case studies and capability presentations.
• Oversee and mentor senior analysts.
