Job summary

SimCorp Manila is seeking a Lead Business Consultant for Front Office & Investment Compliance to join the Advanced Delivery Center (ADC). You will configure and tailor SimCorp Dimension, collaborate with global project teams, and lead testing and training activities.

The role requires about 10 years in financial/investment management, strong quantitative skills, and English fluency. The position offers a hybrid work model with an office in Bonifacio Global City and international project exposure.

Qualifications

• Around 10 years of relevant professional experience in the financial/investment management industry.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Physics, Math, Science or Engineering or related field.
• Experience in quantitative analysis or mathematical/financial modelling of financial instruments.
• Knowledge of portfolio management, trade execution and investment compliance.
• CFA or FRM would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participating in all aspects of SimCorp Dimension implementations (Front Office & Investment Compliance).
• Documenting client requirements and mapping to SimCorp Dimension functions and processes, identifying process improvements and efficiencies where possible.
• Designing and delivering an overall solution set to meet client requirements, modelling operational workflows around SimCorp Dimension, customizing, and delivering standard configuration solutions, and developing and delivering new solutions.
• Assisting the client in developing an overall test strategy and test plans and supporting the client in the execution of test cases, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
• Providing configuration and end-user training, allowing the client to maintain SimCorp Dimension and optimize its usage.
• Constantly expanding your knowledge of SimCorp Dimension and the clients' business to ensure that clients get the optimal configuration and workflow
