SimCorp is seeking a Lead Business Consultant in the Investment Performance & Risk Analytics area, based in Manila. You will lead Dimension implementations, configure and customize workflows, and work with global project teams to deliver optimized solutions.

• Around 7 years of relevant professional experience in financial/investment management.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Physics, Math, Science or Engineering or related field.
• CFA or FRM would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead in all aspects of SimCorp Dimension implementations (Performance & Risk Analytics).
• Document client requirements and map to SimCorp Dimension functions and processes.
• Design and deliver solution sets, model workflows, customize and deliver configuration solutions.
• Develop test strategies with the client and support test execution.
• Provide configuration and end-user training for client optimization.
• Continuously expand knowledge of SimCorp Dimension and clients' business.

In this role as Lead Business Consultant in the Investment Performance & Risk Analytics, you will join our Advanced Delivery Center (ADC) in Manila, one of SimCorp's Centres of Excellence for configuration. Business Consultants in the ADC further extend the configuration standards of SimCorp Dimension to tailor and deploy these at the customers. You will contribute to the effective delivery of SimCorp Dimension, working primarily within performance and risk measurement topics, and will be collaborating, mostly remotely, with the implementation project teams in SimCorp's Consulting Services around the world.

What you will be responsible for

Lead in all aspects of SimCorp Dimension implementations (related to the Performance & Risk Analytics area), including configuration, integration, and test Document client requirements and mapping to SimCorp Dimension functions and processes, identifying process improvements and efficiencies where possible Design and deliver an overall solution set to meet client requirements, model operational workflows around SimCorp Dimension, customize, and deliver standard configuration solutions, and develop and deliver new solutions Work with the client in developing an overall test strategy and test plans and supporting the client in the execution of test cases, troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise Provide configuration and end-user training to allow the client to maintain SimCorp Dimension and optimize its usage Constantly expand your knowledge of SimCorp Dimension and the clients' business to ensure that clients get the optimal configuration and workflow

How you gained the skills needed for doing that is less important. We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest.

• Around 7 years of relevant professional experience in the financial/investment management industry
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Physics, Math, Science or Engineeringor other related field
• Experience in quantitative analysis or mathematical/financial modelling or valuation of financial instruments
• Advanced knowledge about performance and risk measurement in the investment management industry
• Advanced knowledge of different metrics and industry standards for measuring performance and risk (e.g., Value at Risk, Return calculations methods) would be of a great advantage
• Business analysis or project experience would be of advantage
• Willingness to learn and adopt new software
• Great communication, coordination- and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
• CFA or FRM would be a plus
