Job summary

Effective People is hiring a Lead Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant to drive the implementation of solutions for international clients. This role requires expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and a proven track record in managing compensation projects.

The consultant will provide mentoring to the team, participate in business development, and enhance the Total Rewards practice. This is a full-time remote position offering a flexible work schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation as Lead Consultant.
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay as Lead Consultant.
• Practical experience with SuccessFactors Variable Pay is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.
• Support and mentor consultants within the Compensation and Variable Pay area.
• Participate in presales activities, including demos and trainings.
