Job summary

Mace is seeking an experienced Compensation Lead to ensure accurate, timely delivery of compensation services across a fast-paced environment. You will design salary structures, oversee annual reviews, and administer incentive programs while ensuring global consistency and local compliance.

Work with HR, Finance, and leaders to provide data-driven insights and continuously improve compensation processes, SOPs, and audit-ready documentation. Hybrid working options are available."

Qualifications

• Experience designing pay ranges, salary structures, and compensation frameworks.
• Experience leading annual salary reviews and budget allocation.
• Experience administering bonus and incentive programs and budget management.
• Knowledge of benchmarking, market analysis, and reward governance.
• Experience across multiple countries/regions and local practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain compensation frameworks, salary ranges, and job grading.
• Lead annual compensation review cycles and recommend pay budget allocation.
• Administer incentive programs and bonus modelling aligned with frameworks.
• Support cross-country compensation programs and ensure local compliance.
• Monitor legislative changes affecting compensation and ensure governance.
