Job summary

AS White Global in Manila is seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors specialist to lead Compensation and Variable Pay implementations across APAC. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and shape future-state reward solutions for multinational clients.

This role offers a flexible work setup with a mix of remote collaboration and on-site engagement in Metro Manila, and requires hands-on configuration, workshop facilitation, and mentoring of consultants

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.
• Proven success leading end-to-end implementations across Compensation and Variable Pay.
• Strong configuration and solution design expertise.
• Experience integrating Compensation and Variable Pay with Employee Central and Performance & Goals.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring consultants.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior business stakeholders.
• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay certification highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and engage with senior business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state solutions.
• Design scalable compensation and incentive solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Provide functional leadership across project teams and mentor consultants.
• Drive solution architecture discussions across the broader SuccessFactors landscape.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and quality outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support pre-sales activities including demonstrations, solution proposals, and scope definition.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while contributing to practice growth.
