Job summary

Pickup Coffee Ayala Mall Circuit Makati is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee the overall store operation and coach Baristas to deliver consistent, premium service. You will manage schedules, oversee cash handling, and ensure product quality and safety across shifts.

The role emphasizes customer-centric service, staff development, and adherence to brand standards, with flexibility to cover multiple locations including Calapan City and Oriental Mindoro branches.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a Supervisor in a restaurant, coffee shop, or equivalent F&B establishment.
• Barista experience is a plus; a certificate in Food and Beverage Service is an advantage.
• Amenable to working flexible and extended hours and overseeing multiple store locations.
• Willing to be assigned to Calapan City and other Oriental Mindoro branches.
• Able to structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to draw insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall store operation to ensure a successful, efficient, customer-centric store environment.
• Supervises Baristas to ensure products are served with friendly, individualized service and educates customers about coffee items.
• Trains and coaches Baristas to prepare products to approved standards and timely to meet demand.
• Ensures welfare, safety, and security of employees and store operations.
• Manages staff schedules and coordinates with Team Leaders to balance manpower across shifts and locations.
• Oversees cashiering, funds handling, and sales reporting per policy.
• Maintains product knowledge and prepares coffee beverages per standards.
• Keeps workspace clean, safe, and compliant with sanitation and safety standards.
• Coordinates maintenance and repairs to uphold brand standards.
