Job summary

Content Creators is seeking a Catalog & Content Operations Lead to head a small team focused on building a scalable publishing pipeline for a rapidly growing catalog. You will own the production calendar, QA processes, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure accurate product pages and assets before launch.

You will drive process improvements, manage deadlines under pressure, and hands‑on with CMS/PIM when needed, shaping the foundation for thousands of product pages and ongoing catalog

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading a small team and owning delivery.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a three-person team and enforce quality standards.
• Own production calendar and manage scope, deadlines, and QA checkpoints.
• Develop and scale QA processes for catalog publishing as the catalog expands.
• Coordinate work across departments to keep projects on schedule.
