Job summary

Fresh Prints is embarking on a major catalog shift. You’ll lead a three‑person publishing team, own the production calendar, and build the QA process that keeps thousands of listings accurate and live.

This is not a maintenance role; you’ll shape the foundation for a 100x growth from day one. You’ll collaborate across departments, advocate for clear workflows, and stay hands‑on with CMS/PIM tasks when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience leading or co-leading a team with genuine ownership of people and output.
• A track record of managing projects against hard deadlines with multiple contributors.
• A track record of building or scaling a QA process for content or product output at high volume.
• Hands-on fluency with a CMS or PIM platform; familiarity with data structures.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator is a plus).
• Strong differentiator: automated workflows in Photoshop or lightweight tools using AI/no-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of three, setting clear expectations for quality, pace, and ownership.
• Delegate real ownership to the team rather than being the single point of failure.
• Address capacity, process, and performance problems with appropriate strategies.
• Own the production calendar across launches, campaigns, catalog updates, and ad hoc requests.
• Turn requests into scope, owners, deadlines, and QA checkpoints.
• Forecast capacity, flag conflicts before deadlines, and negotiate scope when priorities collide.
• Own product publishing across every product line with accurate metadata and imagery.
• Design and scale the QA process to catch errors before going live as catalog grows.
• Document workflows clearly so the team isn’t dependent on single memory.
• Be the driver of cross-functional product work with schedule discipline and proactive risk management.
