Job summary

Fresh Prints LLC is expanding its catalog and building a scalable publishing pipeline. The Catalog & Content Operations Lead will manage a three-person team, own the production calendar, and ensure high-quality product data and imagery for thousands of listings.

You will design and implement a QA process, own workflows, and coordinate cross-functional work to keep launches on schedule as the catalog grows dramatically.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication
• Prior experience leading or co-leading a team with ownership of people output
• Track record of managing projects against hard deadlines with multiple contributors
• Track record of building or scaling a QA process for content or product output at high volume
• Hands-on fluency with a content management system (CMS) or product information management (PIM) platform
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Lead a three-person team, setting expectations for quality, pace and ownership
• Own the production calendar across launches, campaigns, catalog updates and ad hoc requests
• Turn requests into scope, owners, deadlines and QA checkpoints
• Forecast capacity and negotiate scope when priorities collide
• Own product publishing across every product line with accurate metadata and imagery
• Design and scale the QA process to catch errors before going live
• Document workflows so the team isn't dependent on one person’s memory
• Coordinate across departments to keep product work moving on schedule
