Insightful is seeking a data-driven Content Marketing Lead to own our content team and drive demand for our product-led growth. You will guide writers and strategists, collaborating with marketing, product, success, and sales to build an organic engine that hits monthly lead targets.

Operating with a 70/30 split between management and content production, you will scale workflows using AI and enforce performance SLAs with external contributors and agencies to deliver high ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with content-team leadership
• Experience managing SEO pipelines and external vendor cycles
• Strong editorial command of American English
• Proven ability to translate content activity into executive metrics
• Proficient with web analytics and CRO

Responsibilities

• Own the content team and strategy across channels
• Drive organic demand for product-led growth and enterprise funnel
• Lead the content production pipeline with weekly sprints
• Set and track CGL targets and monthly lead goals
• Enforce SLAs with external contributors, SEO, AEO, and PR agencies
• Manage contributors to measurable ROI
• Write clearly in our company tone and mission
