Job summary

SimCorp in Manila seeks a Lead Business Consultant in the Investment Performance & Risk Analytics domain. You will join the Advanced Delivery Center to extend configuration standards of SimCorp Dimension, collaborating with global project teams and delivering optimized configurations.

You will lead end-to-end implementations, document requirements, design solutions, and train end-users while advancing your expertise in performance measurement and risk analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum ~7 years in finance/investment management.
• Degree in finance, economics, physics, math, science, or engineering.
• Strong quantitative analysis and financial modelling skills.
• Advanced knowledge of performance and risk measurement.
• Familiarity with Value at Risk and related calculations.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Fluent English; CFA/FRM would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of SimCorp Dimension implementations in Performance & Risk Analytics.
• Document client requirements and map them to SimCorpDimension functions.
• Design and deliver configuration solutions and new capabilities.
• Develop test strategies and support client testing.
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer.
• Expand knowledge of client business to optimize configurations.

In this role as Lead Business Consultant in the Investment Performance & Risk Analytics, you will join our Advanced Delivery Center (ADC) in Manila, one of SimCorp's Centres of Excellence for configuration. Business Consultants in the ADC further extend the configuration standards of SimCorp Dimension to tailor and deploy these at the customers. You will contribute to the effective delivery of SimCorp Dimension, working primarily within performance and risk measurement topics, and will be collaborating, mostly remotely, with the implementation project teams in SimCorp's Consulting Services around the world.

What you will be responsible for

• Leadin all aspects ofSimCorpDimension implementations (related to the Performance & Risk Analytics area), including configuration, integration, and test

• Document client requirements and mapping toSimCorpDimension functions and processes,identifyingprocess improvements and efficiencies where possible

• Design and deliver an overall solution set to meet client requirements, model operational workflows aroundSimCorpDimension, customize, and deliver standard configuration solutions, and develop and delivernew solutions

• Work withthe client in developing an overall test strategy and test plans and supporting the client in the execution of test cases, troubleshoot and resolveissues as they arise

• Provideconfiguration and end-user trainingto allowthe client to maintainSimCorpDimension andoptimizeits usage

• Constantly expand your knowledge ofSimCorpDimension and the clients' business to ensure that clients get theoptimalconfiguration and workflow

• Around7years of relevant professional experience in the financial/investment management industry

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Physics, Math, Science or Engineeringorotherrelated field

• Experience in quantitative analysis ormathematical/financialmodelling or valuation of financial instruments

• Advancedknowledge about performance and risk measurement in the investment management industry

• Advancedknowledge of different metrics and industry standards for measuring performance and risk (e.g., Value at Risk,Returncalculations methods) would be of a great advantage

• Businessanalysis or project experience would be of advantage

• Willingness to learn and adopt new software

• Great communication, coordination- and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English

• CFA or FRM would be a plus
