What We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for years of experience. We’re looking for potential. We would love to hear from you if you:

• Recently graduated or will graduate before 2027.


• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline, including: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Education or other related field.


• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Are curious and willing to learn new concepts and technologies.


• Enjoy solving problems and working with data or business processes.


• Take initiative and work well both independently and as part of a team.


• Are adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


• Have good analytical and critical thinking skills.
