WPP Media in Manila seeks a Lead AI Engineer to drive next-gen AI capabilities for influencer, creator, and social commerce platforms. You will lead production-ready AI systems, prototype new features, and work across APAC and global client initiatives.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, product thinking, and rapid translation of ideas into scalable AI features, with a hybrid office pattern.

Qualifications

5+ years in software engineering, machine learning, or applied AI roles.
Experience building and deploying AI-powered products or features in production.
Strong product mindset with the ability to balance experimentation and execution.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features across WPP proprietary platforms.
Build AI solutions leveraging LLMs, multimodal AI, embeddings, vector search, AI orchestration.
Integrate AI into influencer planning, creator discovery, content analysis, workflow automation, reporting, and operational tools.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate AI features for production deployment.
