Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field with strong portfolio welcome for fresh graduates.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into professional content.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS, WordPress, CMS) is advantageous.
• Programming or scripting (Python, JavaScript) desirable.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, Git, and software development concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools, LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, or AI agents is desirable.
• Experience with automation platforms (Power Automate, Make, n8n, Zapier) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical and marketing content for semiconductor equipment parts, repair services, engineering solutions, and related products
• Work with engineers, sales personnel, and management to understand technical products and convert information into customer-friendly content
• Create and maintain brochures, catalogs, technical flyers, presentations, case studies, and other marketing materials
• Create content for website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital channels
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and customer blasts
• Maintain and organize customer mailing lists and marketing databases
• Assist in improving website content and search engine visibility (SEO)
• Monitor digital campaigns and prepare reports on engagement, leads, traffic, and effectiveness
• Research and implement practical AI solutions to improve operations, sales, marketing, customer service, and engineering workflows
• Develop small internal AI applications, tools, dashboards, and automation solutions
