Job summary

Listed Creative in Manila seeks a Senior Creative Director to lead the creative direction of video, branded content, and production projects from concept through final delivery. You’ll collaborate with our creative and production teams, shaping stories and bringing ideas to life, with a focus on effective AI-assisted workflows.

You’ll present concepts to international clients, guide a creative team, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure high-quality results that meet the brief.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a senior creative role in an agency, production house, advertising, or branded content environment.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating creative direction, concept development, and storytelling.
• Confident presenting creative ideas and communicating with international clients (in English).
• Experience leading creative teams and working with global clients.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Good knowledge and hands‑on experience with AI tools and creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative projects from initial brief through final delivery.
• Develop concepts, treatments, scripts, storyboards, and visual direction.
• Work closely with producers, directors, editors, and other creatives throughout production.
• Present ideas and creative approaches to clients and stakeholders.
• Guide the creative team and provide feedback across production and post-production.
• Ensure the final work meets the creative brief, quality standards, timeline, and budget.
• Use AI tools and workflows where they can support and improve the creative process.
