You will build and own AI-augmented creative workflows, using AI to boost volume and quality while preserving your trend instincts and creative judgment. This role offers autonomy and impact in a remote-first team focused on ROI.

Qualifications

Ability to own concepting, copy, design, and performance for ads.
Strong understanding of CTR, hook rate, and ROI as success metrics.
