Job summary

team.blue seeks a Senior AI Data Scientist to architect end-to-end, agentic systems that streamline HR processes across multiple countries. You will map processes, quantify headcount costs, and build production-ready automation with strict safety and audit controls.

Expect to own end-to-end design, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring. You will work with HR leaders, design state machines, and implement idempotent, auditable workflows with guardrails and escalation paths.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building data and ML systems in industry across LLM shift.
• Shipped features with irreversible actions affecting real customers and explains responsible use.
• Expert in Python and ML; production-grade tooling and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Map HR processes across multiple countries and quantify FTE costs.
• Lead sessions with HR leads to score automation candidates by impact and feasibility.
• Design state transitions, triggers, branches, and system calls for end-to-end flows.
• Establish guardrails: dry-run mode, approval gates, least-privilege credentials, rollback paths.
• Decide human-in-the-loop placement and build a review queue used in practice.
• Write evals for outputs including precision/recall and bias checks.
• Connect agents via webhooks with idempotent handlers and safe retries.
• Determine which steps require frontier models vs cheaper tech; prove with numbers.
• Engage vendors: API exposure, data models, integration costs.
