Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, People Solutions to partner with HR and Recruiting to translate organizational challenges into structured, scalable solutions. You will own end‑to‑end process improvements, AI/automation initiatives, and system implementations across global teams.

In this role, you will lead stakeholder discovery, requirements, design, and rollout, while ensuring change adoption and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, project management, or operations consulting, especially with HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience with implementations that leverage project management, agile development, change management.
• Comfort working with core HR systems (ATS, HRIS) and automation tools.
• Proven ability to drive deliverables and navigate complex organizational challenges with autonomy.
• High adaptability to structured and unstructured environments with initiative to execute discovery and execution strategies.
• In‑depth understanding of HR, recruiting, candidate funnels, and shared services workflows with AI/automation optimization knowledge.
• Strong collaborative abilities with mentoring and upskilling junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale initiatives from stakeholder discovery through requirements gathering, system design, and rollout.
• Build and monitor change adoption plans; ensure training and communications; drive user adoption of new systems.
• Establish post‑launch governance; monitor compliance and address bottlenecks for sustained success.
• Partner with HR Operations and Recruiting Operations leaders to map pain points and identify high‑value opportunities for process improvements and AI integrations.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable technical specs for Product, AI, and technical teams.
• Coordinate across diverse teams and external partners as primary point of contact to minimize friction.
• Elicit and document business, process, and data requirements using user story mapping, focus groups, and workshops.
• Map workflows across regions to standardize practices and save time and budget.
• Support design, rollout, and optimization of manager/employee self‑service capabilities and dashboards.
