You will collaborate across analytics, data platform, marketing science, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable AI insights, moving reporting toward decision intelligence and proactive insight generation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analytics or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills, ideally with BigQuery.
• Professional experience with Python.
• Experience building dashboards, recurring reporting, or automated analytics workflows.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Redash, Looker, or similar.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, automation, or workflow efficiency.
• Ability to translate business questions into data requirements, analysis plans, and outputs.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-enabled analytics workflows and repeatable prompts, templates, and review processes.
• Support priority analytics use cases including monthly OKR tracking and customer engagement reporting.
• Strengthen analytics infrastructure with BI environments like BigQuery, Tableau, and Redash.
• Ensure quality and trust in AI-generated insights through human-in-the-loop reviews.
• Promote proactive analytics culture and partner with stakeholders to turn dashboards into actionable recommendations.
