Job summary

Ruby Labs in CET time zone is seeking a Lead Ad Creative Producer to own the end-to-end creative production operation for our consumer products. You will produce winning ad creatives with hands-on leadership, ensure scale, consistency, and compliance, and set the quality bar for the team.

You will manage a small team of producers and designers, collaborate with User Acquisition Managers, and drive ideation, testing, and delivery across static, video, UGC, motion, and AI-generated formats for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of OSINT-related ad creative experience.
• Hands-on production of ad creatives for Meta, Snapchat, Google.
• Experience managing high-volume, multi-format creative pipelines.
• Strong portfolio with performance metrics (CPA/ROI).
• Familiarity with restricted or compliance-sensitive ad categories is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Personally produce ad creatives across formats (static, video, UGC, motion, AI).
• Own end-to-end production—from ideation to launch and testing.
• Ensure brand/visual standards, pixel-perfect design, and platform compliance.
• Approve creatives before testing or launch and monitor quality.
• Lead a team of producers/designers and coordinate with UA managers.
