Job summary

Ruby Labs is seeking an Ad Creative Producer to join our fast-growing consumer product advertising team. You will manage end-to-end production of high-quality ad creatives for Meta, Snapchat, and Google, balancing briefs from the Lead Creative Producer with your own innovative ideas.

You will collaborate with User Acquisition Managers and designers to optimize creatives for acquisition, analyze performance, and stay ahead of industry trends to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience producing ad creatives for Meta, Snapchat, and Google.
• Proven track record of managing creative projects from inception to completion.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in producing high-performing digital ads.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality ad creatives end-to-end — statics, video, and AI-generated formats.
• Lead ideation and conceptualization of new ad creatives to improve customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with design and UA teams to ensure on-brand, performance-driven outputs.
• Oversee the production pipeline to deliver ahead of deadlines and meet vision.
