Job summary

Ruby Labs is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to drive growth through daily management of Meta and Snapchat campaigns. You will own testing, optimization, and reporting, with a focus on performance metrics such as CPA/ROAS and ROI across global markets.

You will collaborate with Creative Managers to iterate creatives, manage budgets, and expand audiences, while maintaining disciplined execution of testing and scaling strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on UA / performance marketing experience.
• Experience with worldwide campaigns and ROAS targets.
• Strong analytical ability to optimize by region and audience.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize campaigns across Meta & Snapchat, across multiple funnels.
• Adapt creatives and optimize ad sets with bids and budgets.
• Test creatives for Snapchat and adapt from Meta; analyze performance and report trends.
