Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking a Senior Ad Designer to own performance creative production end to end for a fast-moving performance marketing agency. You will turn approved copy briefs into production-ready static ad sets across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit—without a creative director fixing details.

You will design for multiple accounts with their own brand systems, catching errors before review and delivering batches that perform. This is a 100% remote role with overlap with US hours.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience designing static performance ads for paid channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or Reddit).
• Ability to work inside multiple brand systems without drifting.
• Proficient in Figma with auto layout, components, variants and clean exports.
• Meticulous attention to detail; catch errors before review.
• Comfortable taking direction from a creative director and pushing back when needed.

Responsibilities

• Design ad batches in Figma from brief to production-ready delivery.
• Resize batches for square, 4:5, 9:16, and 1.91:1 across channels.
• Run client QC checklist and own it for every account.
• Flag vague briefs to avoid unnecessary costs.
• Maintain clean, organized Figma files with reusable components.
