Job summary

Interval AI, a remote-first team based in the Philippines, is seeking a creative video editor to own the ad creative engine across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. You will produce and edit ad creatives for various formats, and repurpose content from podcasts, webinars, and testimonials to feed paid and organic channels.

You will collaborate directly with our Marketing Specialist to iterate on direction, run tests, and ship daily outputs in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining brand

Qualifications

• Strong video editing skills with a portfolio or reel.
• Experience producing ad creatives for Meta, LinkedIn, or Google.
• Eye for effective creatives across video and static formats.
• Comfortable using still design tools for images, carousels, and thumbnails.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Organized and self-directed with ability to manage edits queue.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones.
• Based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Produce and edit ad creatives for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google across still and video formats.
• Build still creatives: images, carousels, thumbnails, on-brand and conversion-focused.
• Cut video ads that grab attention in the first seconds and perform across placements.
• Collaborate with our Marketing Specialist on creative direction and testing.
• Edit the Get Over Yourself podcast and repurpose moments into short clips.
• Edit webinars and customer testimonials into polished assets for channels.
• Turn raw footage into a steady pipeline of creative for paid and organic channels.
