Cloudstaff in the Philippines is hiring an AU Accountant Bookkeeper to lead end-to-end accounting processes, including AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting. This role is based in Pampanga with a morning shift and a work-from-office arrangement.

You will work with a dynamic finance team, drive accurate reporting, ensure compliance, and contribute to strategic financial initiatives while enjoying strong benefits and career growth within Cloudstaff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/CA qualification is highly preferred or actively pursuing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end processing of complex accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile vendor statements to invoices and credits.
• Oversee preparation of vendor payment schedules and credit management.
• Advanced debtor reporting, cash receipts processing, and credit control.
• Manage weekly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Supervise payroll processing and detailed payroll reporting.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (cash flow, BS, P&L).
• Maintain and review fixed asset register.
• Handle complex ad-hoc administrative tasks.
