Job summary

Cloudstaff in the Philippines seeks an experienced accounting professional to lead complex financial operations, enhance end-to-end AP/AR processes, and oversee comprehensive financial reporting. You will help drive strategic financial insights and maintain strict confidentiality.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and CPA qualifications are highly preferred. Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft, Salesforce, and Xero is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/CA qualification or active pursuit preferred.
• Experience in end-to-end accounts payable/receivable processing.
• Advanced Excel and financial software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end processing of AP/AR and related processes.
• Reconcile vendor statements to invoices and credits.
• Oversee vendor payment schedules and credit management.
• Prepare advanced debtor reporting and cash receipts processing.
• Manage weekly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Supervise payroll processing and payroll reporting.
• Assist monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (cash flow, balance sheet, P&L).
• Maintain and review fixed asset register; handle ad-hoc admin tasks.
