Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Financial Accountant to join the Financial Accounting team in Angeles. You will maintain the general ledger, prepare financial reports, and perform monthly reconciliations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, strong English communication, and 3–4 years of related experience. You will collaborate with accounts payable/receivable, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance or related.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and practices.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience in a similar role for 3–4 years preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and monthly reconciliations.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including local and international payments and receipts.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and assist in draft financial reports.
• Document processes and provide clear internal controls and process notes.
