Job summary

Reed Elsevier Shared Services (Philippines) Inc Company is seeking a REPH Coplogic Telesales Representative I to manage direct contact with US law enforcement agencies and promote the Coplogic Suite. You will drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and account management.

You will conduct outbound calls, schedule qualified demos, build a robust pipeline, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in inbound or outbound B2B sales.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong presentation skills; able to create and deliver PowerPoint demos.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Outbound calls and follow-ups to qualified prospects; build pipeline.
• Record activity and update client data in Salesforce; build profiles.
• Learn and apply LexisNexis value proposition and processes.
• Collaborate with Sales Support and Implementations teams to complete sales stages.
