Satellite Office in the Philippines is seeking a Sales & Customer Success Associate to help brands turn swag into lasting relationships. You’ll be the friendly face guiding customers from first contact through their initial orders and beyond.

You’ll manage inbound leads, conduct live demos, and use Salesforce and Gong to keep deals moving. This role suits someone who loves building rapport and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or order management.
• Comfort working with both physical and digital products and timelines.
• Confident English communicator capable of leading calls with US-based customers.

Responsibilities

• Become the go-to expert on our ordering platform for your customers.
• Guide customers through live demos and troubleshoot on the spot.
• Manage your own pipeline of inbound leads, plus proactive outreach.
• Own new orders from placement to delivery and support post-order needs.
• Run discovery conversations to uncover customer needs.
• Hand off high-potential accounts to Account Management as they grow.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and Gong with timely follow-ups.
