Qualifications

• 5+ years in asset and/or project coordination.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.

• Strong attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Experience with Airtable and Monday.com is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit complex title setups to ensure seamless launches.
• Update dashboards and task queues to maintain on-time audits.
• Maintain SLAs while delivering high-quality work.
• Learn Netflix tooling to identify issues for action.
• Create and maintain workflow documentation for broader use.
• Handle high-volume, ad-hoc tasks promptly.
• Develop operational and technical expertise related to title launches.
