Responsibilities

• Monitor production systems in real time to ensure uptime, stability, and optimal performance.
• Support daily market operations, including system startup/shutdown procedures, application updates, and recovery processes.
• Collaborate with clients, external providers, and internal teams to resolve connectivity and technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain and improve operational documentation and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering and development teams to address operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
