Job summary

Hcreates in Metro Manila is seeking a Growth/Operations lead to drive LTV across overseas short drama products. You will formulate and execute growth, retention, engagement, and monetization strategies, using user behavior data to guide acquisition and content plans.

You will perform user segmentation and cohort operations while coordinating with product, acquisition, and content teams to remove bottlenecks and optimize conversions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of internet operations experience (content, membership, or growth)
• 1+ year of hands-on overseas short drama experience preferred
• Strong data insight and proficiency in user behavior analysis
• Ability to turn data into operational strategies and complete rollout tracking
• Ability to iterate based on post-launch performance
• Excellent cross-departmental coordination skills
• Ability to drive projects independently across product, acquisition, and content teams
• Strong logical thinking and high execution capability
• Goal-driven, highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and adaptable to different international market dynamics

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute growth, retention, engagement, and monetization strategies to boost LTV
• Leverage user behavior data analysis to drive acquisition and content strategies
• Complete user segmentation and cohort operations
• Collaborate with product teams to identify conversion funnel bottlenecks and output optimization solutions
• Drive execution to improve conversion rates at key steps (browse, play, pay)
• Design churned/inactive user win-back strategies
• Identify root causes of user churn and inactivity
• Run personalized pushes or events to improve user reactivation and payment conversions
