Home Credit Philippines invites applications for a Late QA Supervisor to monitor, measure, and validate collection activities, spotting improvement areas to boost performance and enhance customer experience.

You will spearhead process improvement projects, conduct random audits of analysts, and report daily, weekly, and monthly performances, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring fairness.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance.
• Average analytical and logical skills.
• Knowledge of project management.
• Intermediate MS Office Knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and PPT)
• Able to adapt rapidly to changes in environment and priorities.
• Strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good working relationships with stakeholders.
• Conduct random audits to ensure quality of analysts.
• Create CCR files for process changes.

Job description

The Late QA Supervisor’s role is to monitor, measure, and validate collection activities and to spot areas that need improvement to further enhance the current collection processes and increase performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Take charge in proactively spearheading projects related to process improvements
• Fostering unity, harmony and camaraderie within the team.
• Manage equal manpower distribution based on FTE
• Ensures that current processes are based on preferred customer experience standards with fairness.
• Assist in further validation of difficult dispute scenarios.
• Report and submit teams’ daily, weekly and monthly performances QAs Attendance
• Ensures good working relationship with stakeholders

• Conduct random auditing to ensure the quality of work of our analysts.
• Create CCR files for process changes.

What You Need to Have:

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance
• Possesses average analytical and logical skills
• Knowledge of project management
• Intermediate MS Office Knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and PPT)
