Home Credit Philippines is hiring Field QA Specialists to perform risk mitigation activities centered on regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and loss reduction. The role involves evaluating field visits, reporting issues, and coaching Field Officers to improve QA outcomes.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year inQuality, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication with senior management. A hybrid work setup, day shifts, and wellness benefits are offered by the company.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a QA/quality role.
• Experience in risk mitigation, fraud prevention, or related fields.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality issues with findings and corrective actions.
• Escalate suspicious activities identified during QA validation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk mitigation activities focused on regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and loss prevention.
• Evaluate and monitor field visits for quality and compliance.
• Adhere to process improvements and track metrics.
• Identify fraudulent activities and report findings.
• Create tickets and reports; provide QA insights.
• Coach and mentor Field Officers and share best practices.
• Generate valuable reports from data and insights.

About The Job

The Field QA Specialists are responsible for performing Risk Mitigation activities specific to regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and company loss.

What You’ll Do

• Should have strong knowledge and understanding on the current company processes
• Evaluate and monitor Field Visits
• Adhere to any process improvement initiatives (e.g. Trackers, Violation Coaching)
• Identify possible fraudulent activities that may result to company loss.
• Reporting and creating tickets for challenges encountered.
• Stand as a POC for internal initiatives like QA Intervention, Adhoc tasks and Special validation/projects.
• Coaching and Mentoring Field Officers.
• Creating valuable reports based on the collated data and share QA insights.
• AdHoc tasks to help the team's productivity.

What You Need To Have

• At least 1 year of experience to an equivalent role
• Experience working in Quality or the likes
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on quality issues, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions taken.
• Escalate potential and fraudulent activities captured during QA Validation
• Analytical mind, problem solving, well organized and can be trusted to pay attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with senior management
• Tagalog, English or Local Dialect spoken and written (our company language) Necessary to Local availability.
• Advantage if with motorcycle and updated Driver's license
