Job summary

Remote is a global, fully remote company offering HR platform solutions and global employment compliance. The Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions, will manage international offboarding with a focus on legal compliance and exceptional client service, while also providing first-level Employee Relations support and guidance on workplace concerns to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, legal compliance, and HR guidance.
• Ability to interpret/apply industrial instruments, analyze HR issues, research and provide practical recommendations.
• Understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigation fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management and negotiation skills in difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across AMER, EMEA and APAC with focus on compliance and client experience.
• Provide guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, contracts, and redundancies.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees, including workforce reduction discussions and settlements.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure offboarding compliance and timely processing.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and product enhancements within offboarding and ER processes.
