Job summary

Amazon Web Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. seeks a Technical Account Manager to act as the principal technical advisor for Enterprise customers, guiding them through complex architectures, incidents, and service improvements.

You will work with customers across industries, articulating technical strategies and partnering with AWS engineers to ensure environments remain healthy and cost-effective. Some travel will be required to meet customers and teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational troubleshooting for compute, storage, networking, or databases in distributed systems.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advisory to AWS Enterprise customers and lead discussions with senior leadership on incidents and risk management.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and internal teams regarding incidents, trade-offs and proactive scope.
• Collaborate with AWS engineering and service teams to resolve customer issues and ensure operational health.
