Job summary

Apprize Technology Solutions seeks an experienced NOC/LAN specialist to support a LANSWEEPER environment in a large enterprise. This role requires 3+ years of hands-on LANSWEEPER and NOC experience, plus strong networking and WAN skills.

You will work in a 24x7 global operations setting, coordinate with partner teams, and monitor fault, performance and trend data while maintaining configuration and reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting LANSWEEPER environment.
• Minimum 3 years NOC experience with configuring and managing LANSWEEPER.
• Excellent communication skills and experience with fault, performance, trend analysis, configuration, reporting management and/or monitoring platforms.
• Experience with Remedy.
• Advanced Shell Scripting.
• Experience working in a large enterprise environment.
• Networking and WAN experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements.
• Worked alongside global partners in 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, operate and maintain LANSWEEPER in an enterprise NOC.
• Monitor fault, performance and trends and report findings.
• Coordinate with global partners in a 24x7 environment.
• Maintain and improve configurations and reporting for monitoring platforms.
• Communicate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
