Job summary

CEVA Logistics in the Philippines is seeking an asset discovery and NOC specialist to ensure uptime, data quality, and regulatory alignment. You will administer the asset discovery tool, provide advanced monitoring support, and lead cross-functional meetings with asset managers and IT teams.

The role requires LANsweeper and Remedy experience, strong networking knowledge, and proactive problem solving. Hybrid work setup with onsite three days a week and two days remote supports our regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred or 3 years relevant work experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ demonstrated experience supporting LANSWEEPER environment.
• Minimum of 3 years verifiable NOC experience with configuring and managing LANSWEEPER environment.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, and experience with fault, performance, trend analysis, configuration, reporting management and/or monitoring platforms.
• Expert experience deploying, configuring, operating and maintaining LANSWEEPER.
• Networking
• Experience working in an enterprise NOC environment
• Highly motivated and self-driven, capable of working with little instruction to resolve demanding tasks
• Excellent oral communication and customer relations skills. Ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organisations hierarchy. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to a business audience.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills. Logical thinker, good analytical skills
• Possess problem solving, conflict resolution, decision making, and planning skills
• Able to own an issue and see it through to resolution

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administration of the asset discovery tool and associated tasks
• Provide advanced technical support to ensure monitoring performance
• Organize, lead, and document regular meetings with Asset Managers or technical teams

• Provide advanced knowledge of network management tools; designs and plans the presentation of data to improve the efficiency in performing daily operations and proactive monitoring of the network
• Ensure scanning security protocol, including record types, updates, and back-ups
• Participate in research and development of new tools and modules
• Maintain documentation for installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems
• Analyse & assess requirements; develop & oversee execution of implementation plan
• Performs other duties as assigned.

YOUR ROLE

The asset discovery platform is responsible for the availability, reliability, and continuous improvement of the instances. His role ensures that IT asset discovery and inventory processes run smoothly, support business needs, and evolve in line with technological and organizational changes.

The asset administrator conducts continuous monitoring of asset management products, processes, and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and relevant policies and protocols.

The asset administrator is able to coordinate the deployment and data quality within the region through our IT partners by leading Teams meeting.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
