Job summary

Qualifications

• College Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Willingness to work across shifts and adhere to organizational work policies including working from office requirements.
• 10–12 years’ experience in operations, shipping container and logistics or freight forwarder industry; landside experience is an advantage.
• Experience leading a team of individual contributors or team leaders.
• Knowledge of capacity management and staffing planning.
• Experience in a global business environment with cultural awareness.
• Excellent verbal and written English for coordination with stakeholders.
• Highly result oriented, able to work under pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Capacity to adapt to change and support positive transformation.
• Experience with standardization and process capability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to deliver operational excellence and growth.
• Drive end-to-end landside operational performance with strong controls and issue resolution.
• Own team performance through KPI management, governance, reporting, and data-driven decisions.
• Build strong partnerships with regional teams, customers, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
