Job summary

Maersk Global Service Centres Philippines Limited in Pasay seeks a Landside Product Manager to own and grow the Landside portfolio, focusing on Customs (MCS) and First Mile support. Drive revenue, GP, and pipeline while ensuring feasibility and compliance.

You will lead strategy for bundled logistics solutions, act as product-led business development owner, and collaborate across functions to deliver value for customers and Maersk.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in logistics or landside operations
• Proven experience in product, operations, or sales roles with P&L ownership
• Strong understanding of haulage operations (port-to-port) and Philippine customs processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to translate customer needs into scalable, viable product solutions

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Landside product portfolio performance in the Philippines, focusing on Customs (MCS) and FM support
• Drive product strategy, bundled logistics offerings, and commercial priorities
• Act as product-led business development owner, guiding pipeline creation and conversion
• Own revenue, gross profit, and margin performance including RFQs and pricing governance
• Lead Go/No-Go decisions based on product fit, feasibility, and risk
• Ensure operational alignment and cost efficiency across vendors and processes
• Maintain compliance with Philippine customs regulations and trade requirements
• Monitor KPIs: revenue, GP growth, margins, pipeline conversion, and cost control
